This would be my suggestion as well. I could get by with a Forerunner 45, but if I was choosing a new watch today I would get the 245 music.

It's time for a new pair. Anyone want to shill a running shoe and try to convince me not to get a pair of Ghost 12/13? 13s are $130 on Amazon, but I did find a cheap pair of 12s for $65 in my size (15) on REI's website. Last two pairs have been Ghost 12s and I wouldn't mind doing them one more time before moving up to the 13s.
