I figured you were fulfilling some type of self-challenge looking at your Strava runs. That's an impressive streak. Nice weight loss as well.
I weighed in this weekend at 145lb. Weighed 146lb this time last year, which was over a thousand miles ago. If I stopped running today, I would way 146lbs a year from now.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Thanks. It's really easy for me to get out of the habit of running if I don't have some sort of motivation. The streak forced me to find time in my day to get it done. Now I'm at the point where I don't want to take a rest day. Maybe I should run really easy. But I hate doing that.

If I stopped running I would gain 15 lbs with the quickness even with a good diet.
My entire family is morbidly obese (not exaggerating) so I’m fighting genetics every day. Y’all have seen the picture of me 15 years ago so you know my motivation.
