Decided to not listen to the doctor's advice and did an easy 5 yesterday. Weather was just too nice not to do something.

Do even of you run with glasses or contacts?

These might be dumb questions, but do they make special contacts for more active people? Do you where different glasses for physical activities?

It appears that glasses or contacts are now in my future, and I have zero experience with any of this, so I apologize for the dumb questions.

I am nearsighted and wear glasses so I can see objects at a distance. I usually run without my glasses unless it’s sunny then I run with sunglasses, which are prescription. Why I do this I’m not exactly sure.

I don’t have any experience with contacts so can’t comment on that.

I agree. That's a dumb question.

Been wearing contacts for 19 years. 99.5% of my runs during that time were with said contacts. I just don't like wearing my glasses to run in. Or in general for that matter.

How's the eye?

I initially read this as "attractive people".

I got lasik several years back, so now I just judge and ridicule people with bad vision. But I would be interested in knowing what brand of sunglasses you people with superior vision run in. I have a narrow face and head, and have never yet to find a pair of active sunglasses that don't slide or bounce.

Not dumb, as I've aged my vision is slowly going. I'm curious as well.
