10 Miles consistent today:



Still feeling some muscle fatigue from the Spartan, but running through that fatigue should be good training for the Marathon right?!

ETA: my stretch goal would be to get under a 3:40 marathon this time... if the weather permits it would be cool to get close to 3:30 but I'm not holding my breath for a late April hilly marathon at 3:30 - being able to hold these paces the day after a workout tells me I'm close to the 3:30... just wish I chose better on Marathons
