yea i had to remind myself that yesterday. was going to go run 8 to make up for an off day i had to take on tuesday to take care of dad duties. Felt great and probably couldve done it but reminded myself just becuase i feel like i can doesnt mean i should.
Adjusting this week to be more easy mile focused. Got a baby 10 x 1 min on 1 min off fartlyk into my run this morning and will get a hard day wednesday. Outside of that its all easy/moderate miles this week. Aiming to get 66-70 in.

First interval run in 2 weeks, my goal was to do 5 1 mile sub 7:30 intervals:
I honestly thought I had failed when I finished, was surprised to see that I had pulled it off.
This one hurt and forced me to almost instantly stop the second I was done with the mile after the 2nd... the loop I was doing had about 85ft of elevation gain that came on one hill and the rest on a .3 mile section at like 1.5% grade. The 1.5% grade ended up being the section I was gritting my teeth before by the end
