Anyone currently doing this? I hadn’t heard of this until a few months ago and am wondering if the board has any watchouts / experience.

I’m currently maxing mine out.
Understand the limits. I believe the company match is incorporated into this.
I called Fidelity and they were able to activate automatic rollover within 5 min.

Most 401ks don't have in service distributions which is what you need to pull it off.
