I started Carnivore last Wednesday. The only real slip ups have been where I would take one bite of my son's mac n cheese to make sure it wasn't too hot. I've also had some whiskey neat.

I haven't been able to poop to save my life. It's weird to lose weight (I've probably dropped 5 pounds in the last week while eating probably 2 lbs of fatty beef per day) yet not poop at all.

Otherwise, it's been great and easy.
