Are a small number of small white foci on the frontal and parietal lobes of the brain anything to really be concerned about?

My doctor is supposed to be scheduling me an appointment with a Neurologist, but most of what I read says small white matter is incredibly common on an MRI.

It could also be MS which I don't really feel like I have given other peoples' experiences with it.

How did old are you? Sometimes, it could be bad blood flow to the brain or MS or advanced aging.

These new MRIs pick up every little thing. Also lots of Radiologists report not only every thing they see but also things that they could not completely and totally rule out given the location of the imaging.

MRI showed I had likely variant anatomy vs cannot being able to COMPLETELY exclude tectal glioma in my midbrain( I started getting headaches so Dr. prescribed MRI). Of course that freaked me the frick out but neuro said it looked like a crazy overcall to cover the radiologist’s arse. Lot of hospital doctors told me that radiologist has never met a diagnosis he couldn’t exclude.

I’d bet you’re going to be just fine and my advice would be to not go down the rabbit hole of googling shite. It’s going to be way worse than anything the doctor likely tells you.
