As admitted by ex Clinton aide.
But keep fighting that fight, Progs!

Prominent Democratic pollster Mark Penn said on Thursday that a vast majority of Americans don’t really support so-called sanctuary cities that shield immigrants in the country illegally from deportation.
Penn, who served as chief strategist for Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign, revealed that 84 percent of Americans favor turning undocumented immigrants over to federal agents.
“I asked them, ‘Do you think notifying ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] would in fact increase crime because it would inhibit people from reporting crimes or does it decrease crimes because it takes criminals off the street,’ and they overwhelming said ‘decrease,’ ” Penn told Hill.TV's “Rising.”

should be 100...
that being said, the route to legal immigration needs to be more concise, faster, and better funded to handle the case load.... we also need to maintain our moral authority and welcome refugees from other countries in crisis, on a limited basis, while working with other countries to ensure they do their part as well... this can be done on a basis of debt forgiveness, easing sanctions/regulations, etc...
as an independent, i despise illegal immigration, but heavily favor immigration to this country, just done via the correct means.... my out look has always been if you are coming into our country, come through the front door, not the side or back door...

Probably a higher percentage than that.

I find the number 84% to be completely unbelievable. I would believe a majority but no way is it 84%.

I only voted for Trump due to immigration (both illegal immigration and muslims legal or otherwise) and will probably vote for him again as I have been happy with him tightening up the borders.
Excluding those who run un-opposed and excluding 2 family friends in several elections Trump is the first GOP candidate I voted for and probably will be the last as most in the GOP seem to not want actual change to immigration like Trump does. Only saying they do but no action.
Only ways I can forsee not voting for Trump again in 2020 is if he does not run or the dems run a socialist ala Bernie.
