Alright, back on the sober wagon for a quick 2 months heading into Memorial Day. I want to work on my strength, fish, and golf so sobriety is needed. Work really kicked my arse the past 3 months, but now I finally have some free time.

I'm not totally abstaining from alcohol but i really don't drink much lately. Sunday we celebrated my FIL's 60th bday so I had about 2oz of champagne, a 4oz red with the tenderloin he cooked, and then a finger of scotch but that's the most I've had to drink in a couple of months. Maybe 1 1.5oz bourbon per week or so.
