Yeah I use it in place of salt as a topping on stuff. I put it and hot sauce on almost everything.

I think they mean that the proportion of salt to other seasonings in the mix is too damn high.

Some of us don’t like the amount of salt per other seasoning mix on our food. Salt % is too high. I try and use very little salt on my food, but would still like to season it.
