Something changed in Les.... He turned into a total buffoon… The mad Hatter turned into the most vanilla coach in football. No creativity… No balls… Boring arse predictable football.

I've heard a lot of BS on this site, but this takes the cake. GoodOleLess in the top ten is like saying Obummer was a top ten president. A lot of things you could call GOL , but top 10 coach isn't one of them.
