Yea, how dumb of us to be disappointed when a 5* RB in our own back yard goes out of state.

Great recruiting strategy

But on the other hand, Miles only had a couple of good wins in his last three seasons.

I agree with you. In Miles last three full seasons, these are his best win of each season, in my opinion.

2013: Auburn went 7-1 in conference and 12-2 overall. LSU beat Auburn 35-21. Auburn finished the year ranked #2.

2014: Ole Miss went 5-3 in conference and 9-4 overall and was ranked #3 when LSU beat them 10-7. Ole Miss finished the year ranked #17
LSU also beat Wisconsin in 2014 28-24. Wisconsin went 11-3 that year and won the Big10 West. Wisconsin finished the year ranked #13.

2015: Florida went 7-1 in conference and 10-4 overall. LSU beat them 35-28. Florida finished the year ranked #25.

Of course Miles had quite a few years before that where he had proven he could complete in the SEC, where o has yet to prove that.

But this is just my opinion.

What were the two "decent wins"? Auburn last year and who else?

TAM or Louisville in 16?

I'm the one who originally said that o only has two "decent wins" and I was referring to Auburn last year and Louisville in 2016. Although Louisville entered the 16 bowl game on a three game losing streak.

I agree, there is nothing else. That's it.

LSU is going to have to recruit Emery, Cain and Sospher to the very last second. Very well could land or miss on all 3

This is becoming sad.

No he just committed to them over us. He has shown zero signs that he wants to come here. Yet people still keep saying he will come

Huge loss

Although out of Cain, Emery, and Davis I think Davis will be the best, it stings to miss on Emery. This statement:
quote:

was expected to go OOS

is not cool. If there is a big time recruit in our own backyard, we need to lock him down. If he never attended a big recruiting function at LSU, that's a problem. The coaches needed to do a better job and get him on campus.

You can't just say "oh well he never visited..." the coaches need to persuade him to freaking visit. Then sell him on the program.

We already getting passed up. This is a talent loaded Louisiana class too.

Kinda figured it wouldn’t last considering our average vs others. It’s early though.

We could still get Palmer as well. Lee and Palmer would be a legit WR class when we just restocked last year.

Great news. At least he's not a sellout like emery.

Now we need DL guys.

OP needs to update this. We are ranked 7th

Ree has gone to great lengths to prop up O, but damn that locking down the state comment was horrible.
