Nobody is saying everything is done jackass-- it's just a promising sign that Kim may in fact be serious about holding up his end of the bargain. Apparently for the first time in decades, anti-American propoganda is disappearing all over N. Korea. I would say that is significant and could be promising if it continues-- but of course you hate Trump so you will never admit anything good could ever happen because of a policy he is responsible for.
