Cars were backing down the on ramps. A couple of idling cars ran out of gas and the drivers just walked to Squirrel Hill.

sw pa is the only place i have ever seen stop signs at the end of on ramps for the interstates. im supposed to stop then merge into 70 mph traffic? i blew threw those things. fricking retarded

Baton Rouge has metered on ramps... red and green lights meant to keep the flow of traffic steady during rush hours
think Lafayette may have them too?
but yeah... a stop sign seems completely dumb... esp. since on ramps are called "acceleration lanes" so a vehicle can... you know... accelerate up to highway speeds

His car was the exact description that the 911 caller gave of a car fleeing the scene of a shooting. And he had 2 guns in his car loose on the floor. I think you can put 2 and 2 together. More details will come out though.
