I would imagine if they have the guns from the car they'll be able to either match them with the bullets/casings from the earlier drive by or confirmed as not the weapon? It's incredibly unfortunate that anyone had to die but I will wait until all the facts are out to form an opinion on whether it was just or not
Even if the guns from the driveby were in the car and his hands tested positive for gunshot residue, they would still be outraged.

People can downvote me all they want, but the video shows what LOOKS LIKE a bad shoot.
That's exactly why I agree with you that we need the facts before we either riot in the street and charge the guy or let the cop(s) walk and laugh at another idiot getting idiot consequences (the last part of which is true, regardless).
No one here will admit this.
No one protesting or his family will admit this, too.
We need all the facts. I'm simple saying it doesn't look good at the start, and IF it remains that way, yes there need to be consequences for poor decision-making by cops--not just for criminals.

car was stopped was for a drive-by shooting where the car matched the description...Cops found 2 guns in the vehicle

He should not have ran, period but that shouldn't be a death sentence.

The family and those "protesting" will never admit his wrong in all of this though which caused this to happen.

Yeah. My wife was watching Today this morning and the anchor described him as “gunned down after fleeing a traffic stop.”
No mention of the whole just fled the scene of a shooting or anything. What a joke.
FWIW, the driver of the car that was arrested was released without being charged. He was a jitney driver. It seems unlikely they would release a guy who presumably drove the shooting suspects away from a murder, so perhaps Rose and the passenger weren't involved.
