OP is sharing a bathroom. His roommate’s sexual partner is equally likely to adequately clean her pussy if female and a-hole if male. This is predicated on the fact that they are planning to get fricked in said hole.

So the roommate’s sexual partner will either have a vagina that is full of sperm and a rectum that is full of shite (along with the attending bathroom cleanliness issues delineated by OP) or they will have a rectum full of shite and sperm (questionable since no figs do anal without a condom).
