Wasn't it across the street from the something horse bar? Off of Highland right before the Regina and University square, mall. Fridays 25 cent bourbon drinks till 8 I believe. Good times.

Yeah, it was across from the White Horse. I think it was the only local bar that carded me when I was a 17 yr. old freshman.
