Serious concern for this regional

Is not that the beavers have a child molestor for a pitcher. It’s that sinking feeling you get when you realize that the first elimination game we might see is against an in state mid week opponent. What is our record this year in meaningless mid week games? Could be a slaughter the way Northwestern was hitting—especially when combined with our mid-week pitching that will be left after tonight.

Imagine the night terrors CPM will have if we lose and he has to convince these guys that an in state opponent should be taken seriously. I mean it’s just a meaningless midweek foe

Over the last 10 or so years, we have had our "mid week games" teams in our regional.. Southeastern has been to a few, we had southern there before.. ULL for a super before..

I’m glad my sarcastic post that is meant to point out the irony of possibly playing a “meaningless” midweek opponent gets you all riled up. Of course I’m pulling for LSU to win it all. This is more a shot at those who think those midweek games are meaningless. Enjoy rooting harder.
