Working in a hospital, I am exposed to some foul smelling humans.
Standard body odor is gross, but bearable.
It is the ones with skin infections (usually diabetics) combined with no cleanliness/bathing habits that can literally induce vomiting.
Poor fella.

I must be getting old, awhile back I was telling someone about a movie and I said "the Arabs" and they told me that they hope I don't go around referring to them as that.. That I should use "middle-easterners". I didn't know it was offensive.. Sort of like how old people will use words and don't think twice about..
But I just looked up ethnic slurs and according to wikipedia, it's not. Well, it's not listed as one.
With that said, I would recommend googling "list of ethnic slurs" and reading all of the different slurs that are listed.
