Absofrickinglutely this. Very relaxing day floating the river. Especially rewarding when paired with good beer.
Also, Crux Fermentation Project at sunset is great. Big grassy area with cornhole, Adirondack chairs, a band, some food carts, and Crux beer. Helluva way to unwind a day...
ETA: Mentioned at sunset, because you can watch the sun set behind the Cascade mountains because you are just east of them.

Good add. Yep, there's a great view from Crux. The alpenglow surrounding Bachelor, Broken Top, and the Three Sisters is awesome.

Yep, I'm hearing great things about Crux. That's a must, and we're staying just a few blocks away from there.
If I were to rent a bike (that's a BICYCLE...
) for a day in Bend, what's the best trip to take?
