Not saying we don't need the bullpen help but I feel a lot of our guys are underperforming as well during the last couple of weeks. Maybe it's a reverse affect of our starters going deep.

Astros will make a move for Hand, Familia, Britton, or another reliever at the deadline, I expect them to make a move with the Orioles for Britton + either O'Day or Brach

I'm trying to keep perspective. Our pitching staff has been off to a historic start. I think that some regression is to be expected. It just didn't have to come in the form of blowing leads to likely playoff teams in two of the last three games.

I thought about that too. Maybe they’re not sharp because of a lack of opportunities?
I’ve noticed also that Hinch isn’t using guys multiple innings much anymore. It wasn’t uncommon for guys like peacock and devo to get more than one inning per game appearance but AJ hasn’t been doing that this year, because getting everyone work seems more the priority.
