If Robinson were espousing a liberal cause, this thread would already contain a dozen references to games and their prizes.
Dude...you are supposedly a seasoned trial attorney...and this is the argument you can come up with? Liberals always show their true colors. Always. Your schtick as a reasoned independent couldn't last forever.
Dude, it was not an "argument." It was a joke.

When someone that the Forum does not like commits a crime and gets arrested, beaten, or killed, the first page of the thread will have at LEAST one "play stupid games, win stupid prizes" post.

Robinson committed a crime under British law, and the majority of this Forum rushes to his defense ... because the "other side" was an unpopular minority.

If you don't see the humor in that dichotomy, you need to take a look at the calibration on your bullshitometer.

You see...this is why I'm confused. When someone says "play stupid games", it is usually a story about someone breaking into someone else's house or taking a selfie while dangling over a cliff.

This case is about freedom of speech. It is a commentary on the U.K. And their suppression of speech. Yet, an educated advocate such as yourself, equates a discussion about suppression of speech to burglaries. You do this beacuse they are both illegal and think that makes a good comparison.

It is an awful comparison. It certainly isn't humorous.

Has anyone ever made that statement for a case involving freedom of speech?

I repeat the question I asked.

Are you equating murder, burglary, etc, with freedom of speech?

Damn.

Eh, I'd liken it more to the WH/IC leaks we've seen since Trump was elected. The leakers should be prosecuted, the press shouldn't be punished for reporting it.
