Glad you didn’t pay. That was definitely a scam and Zelle is one of the scammers favorite tools. Craigslist tickets is completely infested with scammers these days.

Why don’t you just send me half of that money and call it a day?

You’re welcome.

Lol, Zelle is reputable to transfer money but its not reputable to buy something. There's absolutely no protection from fraud using it. Once you send the money, its gone.

Offer to pay the extra fee and make the transaction through paypal, then you will know if its fraud or not.

Buy it straight up off Ticketmaster, stubhub, or in person if you are ok with getting robbed. Any other venue, while these avenues exist, is 95% a scam, its that simple. You post your shite on stubhub, you do nothing else, and its sold, why do you think these guys would want to mess with you and waste their time?

Why craigslist?

In any case, is there a friend near him to pick them up personally?

The problem is, IF it's a scam, hell send you real tickets to print, but he can do that with 1000 people...first one to the gate gets in via scan...the rest are fricked.

Now Zelle is reputable and you have to have a verified bank account...so you should be good since its involved. I doubt hed go thru that just for a few hundred..frickingbwith wore and banking is instantly a federal crime and easy to trace.

Depends on which city. I know in vegas all tickets come through AXS and then Flash seats. I don’t even think Ticketmaster is involved there.

As for Washington, not sure.
