So basically double the pay? For a lot easier job too right? I mean they sleep in their own bed most nights? Where as the long haul captains are doing 3 weeks on/ 3 week off type of assignments?

I'm not saying it's an easy job, but don't they have rugs for any of the remotely difficult parts? It's not like these guys are flying star fighters through the Death Star, I know they have a lot on the line but they build in a lot of fail safes too.
