Don't waste your time
Show sucks
They only covered a few homebrewers that aren't even brewing stuff that is that interesting.
I'm sure someone on here knows the people featured.
They did not cover any production breweries, but they spend a whole segment with some stereotype bartender who mixes beer and spirits.

That's her thing. If you watch season 1. its brewers that support gay rights, homeless people by giving back, etc.... Its not the normal brewery. Handicap people. Its that "underdog" type that she sponsors. I watch just to see different beers and different styles. Some are way out there and some or normal brews.
That chick is annoying as hell. It usually is a fast forward type of show for me.

SMDH
Thats how every single episode is.
I have seen two good segments. One where a father and son brew beer then serve it for free at a park that needs volunteer help. Free beer for volunteers. The second was two guys in Florida brewing a hoppy orange pale ale that looked and sounded really good. Alot of oranges right off the tree in the back yard

That chick has the personality of a fly, totally ruins the show.

I agree that she has a drab personality, but not sure why someone would expect to see a production brewery on that show.
The whole premise is that she is looking for home Brewers to "give them a shot".

I agree. Its a show about homebrewers, has nothing to do with “the scene” in each city.

No, they did a show about home brewers in Nola. If it’s like the first season of the show, she profiles some home brewers from each city, selects a winner from each city, and then in the finale, based on a taste test from her patrons and other judges, the winning home brewer gets to produce their beer in her brewery.

Fine
Who were these Brewers?
Are they winning or placing well at any local events?
These just seemed like three very casual homebrewers that did not display much of interest.

My buddies won. They’ve done well at NOLA On Tap for years now.
I don’t think they’re the best in the city. But at least one of them knows good beer and they work real hard.

Don’t know how reputable they are top to bottom, most do something unique in how they brew, or they have a good story to go along with their brewing.

Just watch it and a lot of the show seemed forced. Of course you have to have New Orleans shoved down your throat. Good to see so many friendly faces though. Glad Budda and krewe moved on even though they beat my homegirl. Will be pulling for them.

Can’t stand the host, had to stop watching it but did watch this episode last week. Most of her episodes seem forced.

She really is completely lacking a personality. Doesn't matter what she is saying, she looks soulless in the eyes and bored as hell. "Wow, this is a really good beer," and "Wow, tastes like someone just shite in my mouth," would be delivered exactly the same way.

Show sucks but the guys that won the Nola episode brews good beer. They are at all the local events and typically place in the top 3.
