Plead guilty to what though? No one has plead guilty to anything in relation to Russia.

Imagine this scenario

Imagine you are driving down the highway doing 60 in a 75 and I'm a cop and I pull you over for speeding. I lie and claim you were doing 90 . Now assume you have drugs in your car and I arrest you for drugs and say "aha he plead guilty" that's bullshite. I stopped you under false pretenses and the drugs in your car had nothing to do with your speeding. In point of fact, you would walk on the drug charges once you proved that I stopped you illegally.
