I wanted to experiment tonight so I made a shrimp, smoke sausage, and boudin Alfredo. Also threw in some bell peppers and fresh pesto I picked up at the farmers market this morning.

It was my buddy’s birthday and he’s a yankee that loves gulf shrimp. His wife can’t cook for shite so we invited them over.

It turned out excellent and will definitely be a part of the rotation.
