Did it come out more soupy like Kefir or were you able to get it thick?

It came out thick. I used heavy cream to make it more of a keto yogurt so that may have helped. I've read that for some people the first batch comes out thin but the subsequent batches thicken up. I have a pic of the finished product I'll post in a few minutes

Brought some to work this morning in a pint sized jar



It's pretty firm. I was worried it might not be firm enough when I finished incubating but after chilling overnight it seemed to get a little firmer.

I'll be interested to see how subsequent batches come out.
