Isn’t this kind of expected?

yes, but it makes me look at someone like Russell Shepard and have that much more respect.

more importantly, the kid has been a true Tiger.

what does that even mean?

represented LSU well. Always was positive about the team. Patiently waited for his turn, done everything the coaches asked him to do. He could have left earlier. This is a guy that dominated the playoffs in the biggest division in Texas football. You know he is a winner. He doesn’t know any differently.

He stayed here for three years knowing his chances at playing were slim to none and earned himself a college degree. I’d say he wasn’t running from adversity but rather running toward a new goal in his life after succeeding in one of becoming a college grad.

The kid is a qb and wants to play the position he knows. Gimme a break with the “learn another position and be loyal stuff”. His head was screwed on straight and he bettered himself here. Now he has the opportunity to get on the field somewhere and enjoy playing!

Well said.

It took Coach O to finally address the QB issue that Miles ignored.

Miles did He same thing or better with Mett you dumbass. Nothing is fixed. Ensminger is still on staff as he was with Miles. Brennan was a highly touted Elite 11 recruit and Narcisse was recruited by everyone and likely would have been the same. YET OUR OFFENSE STILL HAD TO RELY ON 4* Danny Etling to lose 4 games last season.

That is offensive philosophy and has ZERO to do with recruiting.
Ensminger called that mighty loss against Bama 2 years ago where they managed a total of about 130 yards.

Nothing will change unless you wipe out this staff and bring in a head coach that has 1/2 a brain.

I feel the anti-O force within u my son. They have changed the offense if u didn’t get that from watching the spring game u are blind. Whether they can make it happen in the fall remains to be seen. I have more confidence in this staff than the previous

JMac has earned the right to stay or transfer and has been a true Tiger. He was going to be the starter before Burrows transferred. Hope he stays because we need a quality backup and you never know how things will work out. Good luck JMac, wish you the best.

I don’t blame him and I’m sure this is a disappointment for him. He’s been loyal. This is a quote from April 5,

quote:

“Leaving never crossed my mind. I committed to LSU itself, as a school and as a program. I love it here,” McMillan said. “Going to school here, playing football here, the coaches have been great. I feel it’s a great program for me to be at.”

If he goes, I wish him well.

If Mac goes, that means Burrow starts barring some crazy lights out shite by the others. This is perfect—two more years for the other two learn. My bet is Brennan red shirts.

I don't blame the kid, I would be pissed to, he's been a team player since he's been there and has done everything asked. No one knows how he would have done, so the screwed up comments are just wrong. He's worked hard and deserved the chance to start.

Oh the horror of relying on a 4 star quarterback.
