Basically, the law does not frick around if they think you are a large company trying to infringe on workers rights

Workers' comp is very important.

but California is far too employee friendly when it comes to WC claims. They allow a claim to be filed under WC due to Stress Leave.

They shouldn't have schemed to fire her. But also, I am not buying it for one second that she developed carpal tunnel working at Chipotle.
