It's been tested as much as most SARMS. The big issue is the company abandoned it for potentially causing cancer.
I understand the amount of dosage and constant dosage are a big variable (plus mice vs people) but cancer is a scary word regardless.

Ben Greenfield promotes peptide warehouse. He says to use Ligandrol and to combine with Cardarine for great results.

I thought it was a fat burner, not for gains.

I wouldn’t trust them. Heard of them before but it was extremely negative. A simple google search just confirmed that for me.

Looking @ Narrow Labs and it looks like liquid cardarine is sold out but is available in capsule form. Are the capsules as effective?

So what's with the comments that this should only be used by more advanced people?
Is there any danger in your opinion for an average person to take this?

I would say no, just due to anything taking in excess can be harmful. I would stick to recommended? dose and roll with it

Read up on the cancer study in mice. I'm not telling you what to think, but any cancer potential...you should know things.
The downside for beginners is that you need to learn how to train. If you use a PED, you learn how to train with it. Then, if you stop, you don't know how to train without it.
Learning your body's capacity without something like cardarine matters in terms of maintaining gains when you go off it. If you don't really know what you're doing yet, you'll just lose what you gained.
Also, less advanced people can make similar gains from improving nutrition, programming and recovery. Do that first. Once you have that down, then make a judgment on something like cardarine.
My 2 cents, at least.

Makes sense. I'm making good progress with nutrition and some OTC supplements so not really planning on adding anything else at the moment.

Yeah, that's my recommendation. SARMS and Prohormones have PED like effects.
If you are in a place of progressing with solid nutrition, etc, all they do is accelerate that a bit. But then you have to come off, and when you do, if you're only familiar with enhanced training, you lose gains and get hurt super easily.
If you figure things out without them, you know the baseline you're returning too and if you do choose to do them, you'll be in a better place and have a better chance to sustain gains with smart choices when the enhancement goes away.

I don’t disagree with what you’re saying about the training and know what you’re getting into.
The mice study was kinda flawed though. They gave them things a much higher dosage than is recommended for an extremely long period of time. For a human to simulate that study, they would have to have no fricks left. Otherwise, anything in this life that is taken over recommended dosage and for a prolonged period of time will be detrimental to your health.

The mice study has been criticized. That's why I said for anyone to research and get to your own conclusions.
I have no desire to advise someone on experimental design and cancer risk. That is not my expertise and I don't want to lead anyone into a bad risk.
Research and reach your own conclusions on the mice study is my recc. It's important to know it exists, but people should reach their own judgement about what they think the risk is and whether they want to bear any risk they think exists.

Truly there is no wrong opinion in this wether pro or con. However it's completely up to the individual to determine if said risk is worth the results. In my case I am happy and content with results and would recommend.
