Baton Rouge needed more consistent traffic, so they artificially increase traffic late at night. Now everyone gets that great experience

Bunch of graduations going on with people from out of town as well as Mother’s Day. As far as traffic in BR, treat it like a hurricane this weekend. Buy groceries and beer, hunker down and request federal aid.
