New Orleans east: several decades ago. Next door neighbors.
One edged less than two yards into the grass on sidewalk of his next door neighbor. And was shot dead for doing it. Google has too much more recent crime to go back without a specific year, but I did find a blown grass trimming murder.

Here's one from 2015 about a murder over blown grass clippings which was affirmed on appeal

I'm not from Louisiana and I don't presume to know anything about Big Lee, but nobody, no matter how big of an arse or jerk he or she may be, should have their life ended because of some sprayed water. I hope the neighbor who did this does some serious time.

Give us a few reasons why someone should have their life ended.

If Pawl Allen’s computer would crash you, S and the rest of his alters life we end.

And we would all be the better for it.

If you murder someone.
If you kidnap and molest someone’s child.
There are several reasons why.

Old white guy with obligatory gun, perhaps senile... certainly a loose cannon ... at some point his brain told him it didn't give a frick anymore and he pulled the trigger bc he got wet. Happens every day in this country; folks don't bat an eye. "The price of freedom."

If the neigbor was acting in self defense or in the defense of others, where there was a reasonable fear of death or imminent bodily injury, I would say the killing was justified. Killing someone because you're pissed at them is murder.

Big Lee actually tried to run someone over once

Big Lee also was accused of kidnaping a young female.

Big Lee has also been accused of sexual misconduct and sexual molestation.

Second time you’ve posted this and it’s still stupid. I’m sure you’re just trying to be funny, but obviously the sentiment is: hopefully the perpetrator will spend the remainder of his life in prison.

Funny? Guy is 78. How much time do you think he has? 10 years maybe?

It pays huge dividends to learn to let somethings slide in life. This kind of deal builds resentment over the years and before you know it you are involved in something like this.

This would probably make the list of dumb things to be killed over.

Sounds like the world is a better place with both of them being removed from society.
