But I’ve had both with different methods and seasonings. I have a preferred method but that doesn’t mean I’m dead against other ways. Dumb comparison.

Sear
Reverse sear
Smoke
Sous vide
All different. You don't have to throw out the absurd boiling to try to make your incorrect point.

the way folks be throwing everything including the kitchen sink in their crawfish boil, who knows?
I went ahead and put cauliflower and ribs in my last one boil. Some liked it.
