Does anyone know of a carb-friendly boudin?

Some things just aren't meant to be carb friendly.

Don't know of brown rice link, but there was plenty of buzz a year or so ago about a cauliflower-rice low carb version. Have not tried it myself, but some reviews are good.

T-Boy has created a special recipe with HIGH Protein and only a few simple carbs that come from cauliflower (good carbs). There is no rice; so there’s no guilt!

Brown rice does not equal carb friendly.

Do you mean cauliflower rice? Brown rice isn't low carb

Brown rice does not equal carb friendly.
Maybe it's not the carbs. Maybe brown rice is lower in sugar? I seem to recall that brown rice (and whole-wheat bread and pasta) were the go-to for a Sugar Busters diet. I could be wrong. It's been twenty years since I read the book.
And thanks to all who replied.

Heard it was garbage...and I imagine it is.
Brown rice has as many and sometimes more carbs as white rice. It does have a lower glycemic index, but unless you are diabetic, that isn't much of a concern.
I eat keto, but every once in a while you just gotta have some boudin. Just enjoy it.

Has anyone tried making boudin with quinoa instead of rice yet?
