1 rep max week

Bench - 250
Squat - 315
Clean - 230

Tomorrow is deadlift. Never been a strong squatter unfortunately. Gonna try to move the clean to the 250 range this year. I maybe could have gotten 235 or 240 but really don’t want to get injured
