How the bleeding F is THIS not a major story?

ActBlue is a 501(c)4 Democrat proponent group independent of the DNC. In 2016 it was contracted by Bernie to help his fundraising. In other words, any Presidential fund-raising for ActBlue was specifically for Bernie.
DWS had the DNC set up a similar site with the specific intent to defraud Bernie supporters. I get how a CNN, or especially an MSNBC would purposely look the other way, but there are other sources.
How is this not huge news at least on Fox, InfoWars, HotAir, etc? Where are the constant tirades on this very real case that has very real evidence to support the charges? Why isn't this becoming much bigger than the Van Jones thing? By all standards that was chump change compared to this, yet hardly a peep anywhere in the major media.
I am bewildered.

What’s the difference in the URLs?
Edit: the change is noted farther up, apparently they fooled themselves in their own pleading.

Either they messed up and one wasn't supposed to have the "s" or the l was replaced by the number 1.

Really amazes me that the board liberals are more worried about Russian BS than the actual theft of the nomination by Hillary / DNC.
They look for Boogeymen where they don't exist and pay no heed to the wolves tearing apart their liberties right on their doorstep.
I don't get how every attack has to be against the other side. I attack the pathetic spend as much as they can spineless House and Senate as often as I can. Hell, my vote for Donald was an attack on the pathetic House and Senate Republicans.
Yet most liberals don't seem to care that the DNC did everything legal / maybe illegal to anoint the Queen.

HRC/Podesta/TheDNC siphoned-STOLE Bernie's money. My last post was showing Judge Rudolph Contreras bias.

Wait, so Bernie bros, who were chomping at the bit to vote themselves the right to steal your money to pay for shite they wanted, had their money stolen?
The irony is delicious.
No idea why it isn’t a bigger story.

Bias is an appearance issue and can more easily be played off. What can't be played off is URL records, financial records of donors and financial records of the DNC and both campaigns. Those are solid and actionable evidence.
This isn't "I *think* or I *feel*", this is concrete. And no one is working it like a high-end stripper. Why the hell not?
It doesn't make sense.

deleted after a minute of digging
I am not a member of pacer so I can't see the pdfs, only the list of motions, etc that have taken place with regard to this suit.
here is link if anyone has access:
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22942514/SWEIGERT_et_al_v_PODESTA_et_al
eta: still seems fricked up that the judge removed from the Flynn case would be the judge overseeing this case.
Also, looks like DWS, Podesta Group, Tom Perez, John Podesta, Huma Abedin, Haseeb Rana, and maybe others have filed for motions to dismiss 3+ months ago. And the case is still open.
This could be some serious shite.
Nice find Bard.

Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court-Judge of the United States District Court for the District of ColumbiaRudolph Contreras - Wikipedia
Notable cases
On November 17, 2016, Contreras threw out a lawsuit against Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell seeking to compel a vote on the Supreme Court nomination of Merrick Garland.[7]
In 2017 Contreras was randomly assigned the case of United States of America v. Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser to President Donald Trump. The two page indictment was released on December 1, 2017.[8] Contreras accepted Flynn's guilty plea to one count of making false statements to the FBI in the course of their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. The guilty plea was part of a plea bargain with the Special Counsel investigation led by Robert S. Mueller III.[8] On December 7, 2017, Contreras was recused from further sentencing hearings scheduled to take place in the future.[9] The case was randomly reassigned to District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.[10]
