Multiple people have offered financial incentives for him to take a DNA test and he's refused. Clay Travis offered 50k to Kaepernick's charity if Talcum took a DNA test but he refused. Hell, all he really needs is a paternity test.

It's kind of insulting TBH. I don't think I'd do that either if I was in Shaun King's shoes.
