Fellow patriots, today is a sad day in our nation's history. A good, upstanding, honest and fair man has been hounded out of filing his non-bullshite lawsuits.
LINK
Almost like he didn't want to be questioned about his totally lawful and above board activities in the summer of 2016. But that could never be. After all, know he didn't go to Prague or elsewhere in Europe because he showed everyone his passport. And he should be calling on the Southern District of New York's US Attorney to immediately release the files they now hold related to his activity in that time - to exonerate him.
Instead he's having to deal with unfair investigations into his totally legitimate law practice.

Michael Cohen, President Trump’s longtime personal attorney, has withdrawn lawsuits against BuzzFeed and Fusion GPS over the publishing of a controversial dossier compiled by former MI6 agent Christopher Steele.
Cohen filed the lawsuits earlier this year -- one in federal court against the private investigative firm and the other in state court against the popular media website.
Cohen’s attorney filed to withdraw both late Wednesday night.

Well the criminal investigation against Steele and killary et all. is probably sufficient for what he wanted to get done.

Discovery in that case probably looks a little different when you know you've got a grand jury looking at you.

He's depending on the government to get his justice?

Has to be quite sobering to realize you simply can't go through discovery without perjuring yourself...as a fricking plaintiff

It's actually pretty smart of him. Considering how slimy the lawyers are for outfits like Fusion, Buzzfeed and the US attorneys, it is likely that by proceeding with the civil case those entities would have corroborated to try and scrounge up material that they otherwise would not have to try and incriminate Cohen.

I'm just waiting for the executive order from president Clinton 45 declaring queefs to be legal in all states at all times for all reasons before I can pinch myself and admit that it's not all a dream and she really did win.

It gives me great joy to watch you dance, though, monkey

I'm dancing?
You jump at every bit of idiotic news on this stupidity that affects no one. How about some self awareness.

That's solid analysis.
I would state it more like: Buzzfeed's lawyers would've fricked him up and his claim against them was baseless.
