I'm at 4800 ft2 and went with google mesh as well, i'm certifiably technologically illiterate and set this up in 10 minutes. Had an issue after AT&T fiber had to rebuild something in my community and customer service walked me through it extremely fast and without accent. Picked it up Black Friday $249 for 3 pack.

Very happy with my 86u so far. My FiL went all-in with ubiquity so he's going to give me his ac1900 router and that should complete the APs for my house. I haven't tried aimesh yet; I'm going to see how well the traditional AP topology handles things for now.
