No. It's not.

Maybe in your heavily fantasized police state, but in actuality, reasonable suspicion and probable cause are two separate things for obtaining warrants and launching investigations.

Regardless of your testosterone levels, this was a bad raid.

Statement on MTP is that Cohen was under electronic surveillance for months. Trump is his only client. If the surveillance assertion is true (a big "if" based on the source), the investigating agency better have possessed extremely good evidence to drive that intrusion.

No. An investigation starts with a crime and the investigators compile evidence to convict a person or persons of that crime.

What you've described is the opposite of that, and it's NOT how it works...or at least it shouldn't be

They know this.

They don't care.

If they had the power, this is how they would treat their domestic enemies. Make no mistake about this.

I've stated my disdain for Trump many times here, and even I'm smart enough to see how dangerous this really is. However, being a former lefty, I get why posters like kickadog and sleaux play are for this.

It may take years but people are finally waking up to the fact that their fellow Americans would jail them for simply disagreeing with them politically. I've been saying for years....it isn't the second amendment you should worry about with today's progs. They know they need a strong govt to do take away your guns. However, if they can silence you first....

I can't believe you cried the night Trump was elected. How is it possible for a grown man to shed tears over an election result?

So would mass murder, child molestation or running a spy ring for Martians. All would be good starting points if there was rock solid evidence for them.

There damn well better be rock solid evidence to warrant such an intrusion.
