Actually, I think you dont understand how a special counsel works.
Special Counsel does not mean special in the since that they dont have to abide by our laws. Special means that this is a special entity of individuals, tasked with compiling a legitimate investigation.
POTUS' tweet is speaking to the people telling them that this special counsel is anything but special.
Regardless of political affiliation, this should shock everyone to their core that this level of targeting is transpiring.

No, that's why I put the "shouldn't be" in there. Special Counsels tend to turn into political witch hunts that seemingly never end. Like this one.

At the end of day, I put my faith in the rule of law and the institutions established to preserve it. If this is a witch hunt, it will be revealed as such in due time.
However, the idea that we should simply accept the word of Trump, a known liar/carnival barker, is absurd. I’m more than happy to see this play out.

When you start representing powerful politicians, it’s not hard to commit felonies, and the scrutiny is at the microscopic level.
Cohen does not strike me as being careful or smart. I think he could be in trouble.
