Suboxone is as bad or worse than true opiates

Not quite sure the public understands just how bad the opiate epidemic is. Subs were supposed to be the cure all, but the main ingredient bupnorprine is like 200x more potent than morphine at the same dosage. Let that sink in.
And sure we will get a bunch of holier than tho stating Darwin this and that, but let me tell you types one thing: I thank God FOR YOUR sake that you are not of the addictive disorder. It’s a literal hell beyond hell on earth for the rest of us.

Methadone was dropping bodies left and right. I've never taken either but I have to call suboxone an improvement.

Two years on subs. Started a very slow wean down to .5 once per day. Jumped three days ago. Really been not too bad. My doc did give me some anti anxiety meds to take the edge off. Gotta get off. And yeah- got 30 left but they will go in trash. Nobody needs these things.

Was on them for 5+ years. I jumped off straight up cold turkey at 8 mgs. Had brutal withdrawals for 3 weeks. Took me about 6 months to feel completely normal again. I’ve been clean off all that shite for going on 3 years now, and the hell I went through is definitely not worth going back.

A person can live a normal life on subs vs chasing pills or heroin all the time. Sure it's addictive but it's definitely the lesser of the two evils.
