We did no fap November this past year. It works for a couple weeks and you do feel great until you hit the wall about 20 days in and ever single girl is a 10 and you walk around with your mind on that nonstop

I lost track of the days, but my senses around women were extremely heightened. At somewhere around 40+ days, I literally had a nocturnal emission.

I tried in college after a buddy said it worked. I was in slump, in hindsight because i was fat and lazy, so I figured I would try it. Ended up just knocking out a bunch of fatties that were way worse than the usual slump buster.
