I know it was sealed and pretty sure it was the feds. Anyone know any updates on its release?

I’m no expert but I can tell you he failed something. Otherwise, why not release it when it came back clear.

Agreed. I just don’t understand how the feds concluded the investigation absolving the officers, but not releasing the toxicology report. It just doesn’t make sense.

BRPD should be raising a stink to every news agency that will listen. The cops union should be forcing the issue as well.
The cops, being public servants should have the mayor and governor in their corner, not resting until their names are thoroughly exhonerated from beyond a shadow of a doubt. The feds sitting on the report just clouds the findings and puts them in an unnecessary bad light.
