Yes, very sarcastic. I will never be able to understand why LSU fans freak out at this time of the year during baseball season.
Posted on 3/25/18 at 4:46 pm to TigerLunatik
Because many of the fans that post on here watch one game every few weeks and if we lose we need to change the entire lineup. They are unable to process the fact that February through early April is where you try to figure out what works so you play your best baseball down the stretch. They also can't process that you're not going to win every game nor will anyone go through an entire season without having some bad games

You claim to be a long time super fan of LSU baseball yet twice today you made up names for LSU baseball players, fake baseball fan and message board supporter.
I played, coached and umped probably before you were born. On top of that I attended many LSU CWS except ‘86, 90, 03, 04, 15 And last year. The only reason I wasn’t there last year was due to an eye tumor issue which was only beaten through many prayers and some great drs at MD Anderson.
Some of the pitchers you might have heard of I umped games for include Greg Patterson, Ben McDonald, Stan and Carlton Loewer to name a few. Some were in Legion ball, some high school. This is from my 68 y/o memory.
I don’t have time to cut and paste names while I’m doing this on my cell phone.
You haven’t a clue about how hard it is trying to type on a cell phone or an IPAD with less than perfect vision.

Agree 100% and this just in, the SEC is pretty strong this year, particularly the West. No shame in losing the series to Vandy on the road in close games.
Posted on 3/25/18 at 4:50 pm to TigerLunatik
Huh? We did win the home series and avoid the sweep on the road. AD has done a whole lot more with less pitching than we’ve had this year. Usually we are playing our best ball later in the year. What would be a strong finish for you? Is a CWS championship, a runner up, and other CWS appearances not finishing strong? What about all the SEC championships? Some of you clearly know nothing about what you ramble on about. Hess has done nothing to be removed from his current role. Bottom line.
You got me ha. Apply my message to those that actually have that view

I was being sarcastic. I thought it was obvious, but I guess it wasn't.

It was probably just me!

Nah, you were the second person. I edited my post.

We take 2 out of 3 if Hilliard pitched either Friday or Saturday.

Why is that?
Posted on 3/25/18 at 5:23 pm to lsufball19
Because Cy Young would of lost today with our hitting. We can't hit breaking balls and their starter today kept throwing them. Also Hilliard has proven that he doesn't give up many runs.
Posted on 3/25/18 at 5:25 pm to Bayoufightingtiger
Ok? So why do we win on Friday if Hilliard pitches? And you know we won Saturday right?
Posted on 3/25/18 at 5:29 pm to lsufball19
Hilliard doesn't give up 4 runs and we win. Hess should be a closer. So Gilbert and Hilliard both limited their offense.

Haha playoffs. Let me guess. Last year was a first for you?

I just wish I was as good as some of you guys who know when the opposing pitcher is gonna throw a shutout and also know which of our pitchers is going to have a bad outing.
Ya'll ever try Powerball?

It will be interesting to see how LSU improves over the next 8 weekends. Paul seems to be able to flip a switch around April 15 it seems. 16-9 record will have to improve for a national seed. Need 2/3 against State next weekend.

you’re such a douche using spell check like that.
I'm pulling for you in your fight against cancer. I'm a 12 year, stage 4 colon cancer survivor and have received treatment from both MD Anderson and Mary Bird Perkins so I have an idea what you and your family have gone through.
But that doesn't give me nor you a pass to constantly criticize LSU student athletes just because they don't always play as well as you think they should.
And your experience with youth baseball should make you more, not less, understanding that shite happens in the game of baseball. If it was easy, anybody could play it.
So, how about you support the players rather than taking every chance you can to cut them down when they make a mistake?
