Because you updated your phone. You're still not listening to me.
I also have a 2012 that had issues. Go to the Ford website and follow the instructions to update sync. It's easy.
...or pay Ford $200 to do it for you.
Your choice but your sync software is outdated and every time your phone updates those issues get worse.
