Currently LSU is renovating the 4 south end zone bathrooms as well as adding a new 1,900-square foot bathroom. Tiger Stadium will have 48 bathrooms in total in the lower bowl, in addition to those in suites and club spaces and in the upper decks. The cost of the project is estimated at $2.75 million.

$2.75M renovations beginning
LSU plans to begin renovating and expanding the bathrooms in the lower south end zone of Tiger Stadium in January, and the cost of the project is estimated at $2.75 million.
The LSU Board of Supervisors is expected to approve the construction at its meeting Friday.
The renovations are the second phase of a two-phase project to upgrade 94-year-old Tiger Stadium. The first phase was completed before this season, as other bathrooms in the venue were modestly renovated. Only construction projects costing more than $1 million need board approval.
Construction on the latest phase is expected to begin by Jan. 15 and end by the start of next football season, in late August. It will include renovations to the four south end zone bathrooms as well as a new 1,900-square foot bathroom.
The school recently demolished the abandoned dormitories that stood in the south end zone for decades.
