Sugar Addiction in Soda is definitely real. I have quit Coke at different times in my life. You will get cravings and headaches for a week or two but after a few weeks you can definitely feel the difference. But I think comparing it to cocaine or heroin is crazy. I used to coke all day long and the times I have went cold turkey is wasn't that tough. I think the ppl that say it is so damn tough are full of shite. When in reality they don't really want to quit.
